Job summary

WSP US Advisory seeks a senior leader to drive the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice. You will shape client relationships, lead strategic maintenance initiatives, and guide multidisciplinary teams across transit, highways, aviation, and utilities.

The role emphasizes developing maintenance strategies, improving reliability, and delivering high-quality outcomes that enhance safety, cost efficiency and service reliability for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
• 10+ years of post-education experience in related role
• Minimum of 8 years managing hands-on maintenance teams in asset-intensive organizations
• Experience in heavy maintenance operations and maintenance strategy implementation
• Experience with condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead AMBA Maintenance Advisory practice and client relationships
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work
• Provide executive-level strategic advice on maintenance trends and methodologies
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on maintenance studies and optimization
• Develop asset management maintenance plans and lifecycle strategies
