Job summary

WSP USA seeks a senior leader to head the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting. You will shape client relationships, originate and win work, and guide high-quality delivery across transit, highways, aviation, and utilities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop maintenance optimization and lifecycle strategies, and mentor staff while advancing industry standards and client value. A strong background in asset maintenance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
10+ years of post-education experience in related role.
8+ years directly managing hands-on maintenance teams or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting.
Originate, sell and deliver maintenance advisory work with client relationships.
Provide executive-level strategic advice on maintenance trends and methodologies.
Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering maintenance assessments, optimization and lifecycle plans.
Mentor project teams and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance studies and FMEA for multiple sectors.
