Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Present business performance updates and strategic recommendations to executives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams.
  • Foster collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and talent development.

We are seeking a VP Asia Pacific to provide executive leadership across the Asia Pacific region, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and business performance. This role is responsible for developing regional strategies, strengthening customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives while aligning with the organization's global vision.

Position Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies that support long-term organizational growth.
  • Lead and oversee operations across the Asia Pacific region to achieve financial and operational objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistency in business processes, performance standards, and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management
