Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience leading AML/CFT governance, quality control, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML/CFT governance framework alignment with regs and risk appetite.
• Oversee quality control programs across risk assessment, training, and reviews.
• Coordinate management reporting, dashboards, and KRIs for leadership.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor remediation.
• Collaborate with executives to strengthen compliance culture.
