Job summary

Pathward, National Association, a hybrid company with remote and onsite offices across the United States, seeks a senior leader to drive AML/CFT governance, quality control, and reporting. The VP will coordinate with executive management, risk, compliance, and internal audit to uphold robust controls and regulatory adherence.

The role requires extensive AML/CFT expertise, governance experience, and a track record of strengthening program maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive AML/CFT compliance or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience leading governance, QA testing, and regulatory reporting functions.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and OFAC requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance framework for AML/CFT with regulatory alignment.
• Oversee quality control programs across risk management activities.
• Develop and deliver executive and board reporting on compliance performance.
• Manage governance committees, issue escalation, and remediation tracking.
• Drive continuous program improvements and risk-based controls.
• Collaborate with executives to strengthen compliance culture.
