Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Director of AML/CFT Governance, Quality Control & Reporting to lead governance, QA, and reporting for the Bank's compliance program. You will partner with Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and strong control effectiveness.

The role emphasizes governance oversight, issue management, and senior leadership reporting, with a focus on continuous program improvement and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CAMS and CRCM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, quality control, and reporting activities for AML/CFT Compliance Program.
• Coordinate governance committees, action tracking, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and program metrics; support regulatory examinations and audits.
