Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Vice President, AML/CFT Governance, Quality Control & Reporting to lead governance, quality control, and reporting for the bank's financial crimes compliance program.

You will partner with executives and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment, robust controls, and transparent performance metrics. The role requires strong leadership, extensive AML/CFT expertise, and the ability to drive program maturity while maintaining a strong control environment across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee AML/CFT governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Design and maintain a risk-based quality control framework for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver management and Board reporting for financial crimes risk and program effectiveness.
• Provide strategic leadership for Governance, Quality Control, and Reporting teams within Financial Crimes Compliance.
