Job summary

Pathward is seeking a Vice President of AML/CFT Governance, Quality Control & Reporting to lead governance, quality control, and reporting across the compliance program. This role partners with executive management to promote a culture of regulatory excellence and risk-aware decision-making.

You will design and drive a risk-based quality framework, manage KRIs/KPIs, and oversee reporting to the Board. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, quality control, and reporting for the AML/CFT Compliance Program.
• Lead the development and validation of management reporting, dashboards, and KPI/KRI/KCI tracking.
• Manage regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation programs with executive-level communication.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, aligning objectives with organizational goals.
