Focus Financial Partners’ SCS Alternative Investment Services team seeks a Vice President to lead day-to-day execution across investment onboarding, fund operations, fundraising, investor communications, and fair value support. Qualificações

• 7+ years of relevant experience in alternative investment operations or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related discipline.
• Hands-on iLEVEL experience incl. investment structures, commitments, cash flows, valuations, dashboards & reporting data.
• Experience valuing direct private company investments.
• Knowledge of alternative investments (private equity, VC, real assets, hedge funds, direct investments).
• Experience with investment subscription docs, onboarding, AML/KYC processes.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate across investment, compliance, legal, finance, and client-facing teams.
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and issue escalation.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Team Execution & Workflow Leadership, prioritizing deadlines and coaching juniors.
• Oversee onboarding of managers and funds from approval to servicing; ensure accurate setup in systems.
• Lead AML/KYC processes and due diligence; maintain relationships with fund admins and compliance teams.
• Oversee integrity of data across iLEVEL, Addepar, and related platforms.
• Coordinate private investment fundraising: planning, CRM governance, reporting to investor teams.
• Draft investor communications; prepare quarterly letters and handle secondary sales messaging.
• Lead fair value process for private investments; review valuations and documentation.
• Drive special projects: new fund structures, tech implementations, process redesign, and automation.
