Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Vice President to lead its Fund Finance team in a hybrid Fort Worth setting. You will partner with investment professionals, leadership, accounting, legal, and fundraising to manage capital calls, distributions, liquidity, and fund structures.

The role demands 5–10 years in finance within alternative investments and strong modeling, Excel, and reporting skills. You will drive improvements across fund finance processes and support new fund launches and closings.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience within alternative investments, private markets, fund finance, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of capital calls, distributions, investment funding, liquidity management, and fund structures.
• Experience with fund-level credit facilities strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
