Qualifikationen

• Hands-on iLEVEL experience with investments, cash flows, and reporting.
• Experience valuing direct private company investments.
• Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, real assets, hedge funds.
• Experience with subscription documents, onboarding, AML/KYC.
• Ability to manage complex workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and PM skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel; Word and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism, discretion, accountability, client service.
• Process-improvement mindset and leveraging technology.
• Experience with Addepar, CRM, data visualization or workflow tools.
• Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading projects.

• Oversee onboarding of managers and funds, and ensure data integrity in systems like iLEVEL and Addepar.
• Manage AML/KYC processes and investor due diligence coordination.
• Oversee valuation processes for private investments and prepare related documentation.
• Lead platform development, automation, data governance, and reporting improvements.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and investor communications for leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and scale the team’s capabilities.
