iCapital is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the US Platform Operations team and oversee end‑to‑end operational execution for the platform’s alternative investment offerings. This leader will drive BAU platform operations, middle‑office execution, and technical support across a fast‑growing environment.

You will directly manage a team of 3–5 professionals, foster accountability and continuous improvement, and partner with Client Management, Product, Technology, and Fund Origination

This leader will oversee the execution of operational and technical requirements across the platform, ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery for the growing alternatives business.The Vice President will lead a team responsible for business as usual (BAU) platform operations, middle office execution, and technical support, with a strong focus on operational excellence, process optimization, and client experience.
