Job summary

State Street in Boston seeks a Vice President level independent contributor for the Alternative Investments Transformation team. This role will work closely with Alternative Investments technology, stakeholders, and internal operations to design meaningful solutions for our operations and clients, delivering projects on time.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, able to perform under pressure, and capable of handling multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of proven experience.
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and producing clear reports.
• Strong Excel skills required and visual modelling ability.
• Experience in Alternative Investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, process, and data analysis of complex projects.
• Consult with management to surface real needs.
• Evaluate multiple solutions and identify the optimal analytics solution.
• Provide subject matter expertise on production processes and controls.
• Ensure clear decisions are communicated to peers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with scrum teams to keep the roadmap on track.
• Define production implementation requirements.
