Job summary

Jet Linx seeks a Vice President, Aircraft Management Sales to drive growth of its aircraft management portfolio across the United States, focused on UHNWIs and Part 91/135 solutions. You will lead high-touch relationship management with owners, family offices, and brokers to exceed revenue targets.

This executive role requires a strong background in private aviation, strategic planning, and superior negotiation and leadership capabilities, with an emphasis on brand representation and discreet

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in aviation or sales to UHNW individuals.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; significant industry experience considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new Aircraft Management clients and meet revenue targets.
• Identify and manage relationships with aircraft owners, family offices, brokers, aviation consultants, and UHNW stakeholders.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and service agreements reflecting premium value proposition.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to sign up new clients.
