Job summary

BetMGM is seeking an SVP of Business Transformation & AI Strategy to shape the company’s AI roadmap and enterprise transformation. You will lead critical governance, investment choices, and adoption of AI across growth, productivity, customer experience, and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role reports to senior leadership, oversees 1–2 senior technical leaders, and collaborates with PMO, Finance, HR, Product, and Risk to deliver measurable value and disciplined

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership across transformation, AI/ML, analytics or digital strategy.
• Led enterprise transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Defined AI strategies and roadmaps across multiple units in regulated or consumer environments.
• Ability to lead senior cross‑functional stakeholders and oversee technical leaders without day‑to‑day delivery.
• Strong governance, data and AI capabilities, risk management, and value realization.
• Executive presence to influence C‑suite and Board stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision and multi‑year roadmap for AI‑enabled transformation.
• Prioritize high‑impact opportunities and translate them into a sequenced portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Establish enterprise AI governance, decision rights, and value tracking.
• Lead a small senior team handling data, architecture, model development, and platform implementation.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Data, BI, Risk, Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to embed AI into core processes.
• Identify and scale high‑value use cases across growth, risk, compliance, and efficiency.
• Lead change management to sustain AI‑enabled tools and processes.
• Define success metrics with PMO and leaders; track ROI and impact.
• Report progress to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Entain/MGM where needed.
