Job summary

SRI Conference is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead Core Engineering's strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered enterprise workflows across HR, Finance, and Procurement. The role focuses on transforming business processes with AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across functions.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization, establish KPIs, and present investment proposals to senior leadership. Strong AI acumen and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating into roadmaps.
• MBA or equivalent business/technology leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, ML, automation, and workflow orchestration for operational improvements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to identify high-impact use cases.
• Develop understanding of enterprise workflows to uncover opportunities for standardization, automation, and AI enablement.
• Drive scalable, cross-functional solutions across multiple business areas, not just single-team outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear product capabilities, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
