Job summary

Paylocity seeks an experienced Director of Product Management, AI & Workflows to define and scale platform capabilities enabling trusted AI experiences and workflow automation across the Paylocity product suite.

You will mentor PMs and Leaders, translate strategy into initiatives, and align teams on outcomes, governance, and go-to-market readiness in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 3+ years in a senior or group product leadership role.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled, data-driven platform products in B2B SaaS.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI and workflows strategies across the Paylocity platform.
• Translate objectives into sequenced initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, UX, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Drive product discovery, delivery, launches, and iteration.
• Establish governance for responsible AI usage and data practices.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Leaders.
