Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager for The Core Engineering in New York to lead strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered enterprise workflows across HR, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

The role requires deep business process expertise, strong product leadership, and a track record delivering scalable AI-enabled platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Data, Security, and Platform teams to drive horizontal solutions across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Strong domain expertise in HR, Finance, or Expense Management.
• Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into roadmaps.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, ML, and automation to improve operations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to understand challenges.
• Develop scalable, cross-functional solutions across multiple business areas.
• Translate requirements into product capabilities, technical needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Establish success metrics, monitor adoption, and refine products based on data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
