Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Strong domain expertise in Human Resources, Finance, or Expense Management.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
• Experience working in agile product development environments with cross-functional teams.
• MBA or equivalent business and technology leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration technologies.
• Partner across HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to understand challenges and identify high-impact use cases.
• Develop understanding of enterprise workflows to uncover opportunities for standardization, automation, and AI enablement.
• Drive scalable, cross-functional solutions across multiple business areas.
• Translate business requirements into clear product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Establish success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact, refine products based on feedback.
