Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank AG in New York seeks an experienced Vice President of AI Product Management to lead strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered enterprise workflows.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to identify scalable horizontal solutions, translate business needs into product capabilities, and drive end-to-end lifecycle with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Proven ability redesigning processes and operating models via technology and AI.
• Ability to create scalable, enterprise-wide solutions across functions.
• Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders into roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
• Experience in agile product development and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, ML, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Develop understanding of enterprise workflows to uncover standardization and automation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional, scalable solutions across multiple business areas.
• Translate business requirements into product capabilities, requirements, and outcomes.
• Manage all phases of the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Establish success metrics and monitor adoption and impact, refining as needed.
