Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Manager to lead the Workflow Efficiency effort, owning strategy and execution for major workflow problems across thousands of users from attorneys to procurement specialists.

You will shape the product, define success metrics, and drive reliability in approvals, task management, and AI-powered experiences. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and executives to move quickly from discovery to strategy to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in a technically complex area.
• Evidence of shipping customer-facing products from discovery through launch.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow apps, approvals, and task management.
• Real-world experience with AI-enabled workflows and LLM-based systems.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, event-driven architectures, and related tooling.
• Strong quantitative judgment and ability to define metrics and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for major workflow initiatives.
• Lead evolution of workflow roles, tasks, and approval state for reliability.
• Design and build AI agents to streamline workflow execution and approvals.
• Develop front-end experiences to help users track and complete tasks.
• Improve data quality and explainability of approval history and cycle times.
• Influence across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and GTM for alignment.
