Job summary

ModMed is seeking a visionary Vice President of Client Enablement & Digital Success to own enterprise training, content, and digital adoption. You will lead a 200+ person organization and drive AI-enabled learning strategies that tailor content to client needs, enabling faster implementations and higher adoption.

You will oversee LMS architecture, knowledge bases, and both virtual and on-site delivery, partnering across GTM to shape the product roadmap and reduce client churn.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in large SaaS teams.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise client enablement and training.
• Strong knowledge of modern adult learning principles and LMS/DAP ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead transformation programs and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-powered enablement strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead a 200+ person org across Customer Education, Training Services, and Enablement.
• Drive digital adoption with data-driven, personalized learning paths.
• Set global training delivery standards for virtual and on-site formats.
• Oversee LMS governance, analytics, and content repositories.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to influence roadmap.
