Job summary
ModMed (ModMed) seeks a Digital Strategist to evaluate, analyze, and optimize customer journeys across our website, external content, and media channels. You will bridge data-driven insights with strategic execution, connecting audience insights, brand strategy, and performance metrics to craft high-impact digital experiences.
You will build holistic journey strategies and translate raw analytics into measurable business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams on full-funnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, customer experience, or a related role.
- Proven track record in B2B and SaaS marketing environments, healthcare experience preferred.
- Broad understanding of core digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated digital customer journeys aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
- Combine web analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing history, and specialist insights to uncover drivers.
- Leverage AI tools while applying human context to build actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with paid media, email, events, and content teams to align campaigns.
- Work with web, UX, creative, and technical teams to optimize sites and conversions.
- Establish KPIs, ROI frameworks, and continuous testing roadmaps.
- Monitor trends in search, social, healthcare tech, UX, and AI.
