Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Vice President, Client Enablement & Digital Success to own the strategic vision and operational delivery of enterprise client training, content, and digital adoption.

Leverage AI-first approaches, optimize LMS ecosystems, and drive global training delivery across virtual and on-site models. Lead a large, diverse team and partner across GTM to accelerate product adoption and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise client enablement, training, or services in high-growth SaaS.
• 7+ years in an executive/senior leadership role (VP, Senior Director) managing multi-layered teams.
• Mastery of adult learning principles and digital instructional design architectures.
• Proven track record leading digital transformations and scaling LMS/DAP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute AI-powered client enablement strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead 200+ person organization across Customer Education and Enablement.
• Drive digital transformation of the client journey with data-driven learning paths.
• Oversee global LMS governance, content development, and analytics-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align enablement with GTM.
