Job summary

ModMed is seeking a VP of Client Enablement & Digital Success to own the vision and delivery of enterprise client training, content development, and digital adoption. You will lead AI-driven content strategy, scale learning initiatives, and supervise LMS administration and delivery models across global implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in enterprise client enablement, training delivery, or professional services within high-growth SaaS.
• 7+ years in an executive or senior leadership capacity managing multi-layered teams.
• Mastery of modern adult learning principles and digital instructional design architectures.
• Proven excellence as a dynamic, inspirational people leader with coaching managers of managers.
• Demonstrated success leading digital transformations and scale LMS/DAP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Strategic Vision - Formulate and execute AI-powered enablement strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Dynamic People Leadership & Culture Architecture - Lead a 200+ person org spanning multiple enablement teams.
• Digital Adoption & Journey Transformation - Engineer data-driven, personalized in-application learning paths.
• Enterprise Training & Content Delivery Strategy - Set standards for global virtual and on-site training.
• LMS Architecture & Tech Stack Optimization - Govern and scale LMS and knowledge bases.
• Cross-Functional Alliance & GTM Integration - Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
