Job summary

Baker Tilly seeks a VP of Platform & Production Engineering to lead platform and production capabilities for AI agents and products, ensuring secure, reliable, scalable operations.

The leader will own the platform layer, CI/CD, observability, production handoffs, and partner with AI Engineering, Data & Intelligence, and Enterprise Architecture to standardize processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of platform, infrastructure, or production engineering leadership.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM platforms at scale.
• Proven ability to own path to production and release standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the platform layer including vendor integration and CI/CD.
• Own production path for AI solutions including security and QA reviews.
• Establish integration standards for third-party AI solutions and APIs.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines with evaluation and traceability from requirements to production.
• Lead online evaluation, ground truth, and release quality for AI products in production.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture for production handoff standards.
