Job summary

Engine seeks a Director-level leader to guide the AI Platform team, building the core rails for AI-native operations, such as the LLM gateway, agent framework, and evaluation infrastructure. This role spearheads the Velocity program to accelerate autonomous delivery by AI-generated code and rigorous coverage gates.

You’ll shape the platform org by recruiting directors and principal engineers, ensuring a single, shared platform across all domains.
