Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a Head of People Operations (up to VP level) to design and lead an AI-native HR function across the portfolio. This role partners with the CAO and senior leaders, aiming for a talent infrastructure powered by intelligent systems and measurable improvements in workforce development and deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading HR systems in tech or high-growth settings, with a track record of applying AI to recruiting, analytics, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including LLM-powered workflows.
• Ability to design scalable systems and translate problems into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an AI-native HR function for workforce planning, performance, and development.
• Architect talent infrastructure with AI-driven skills mapping and internal mobility systems.
• Deploy AI across onboarding, performance management, and organizational design.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team with a focus on experimentation and excellence.
