Job summary

Chase is seeking an AI Enablement Vice President to lead programs within the CCB Risk AI portfolio by partnering with stakeholders to map workflows, ideate solutions, build roadmaps, and drive delivery. You will serve as the connective thread across teams as solutions move from concept to delivery.

You will champion GenAI adoption across CCB Risk, manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and translate between technical and business audiences while delivering meaningful impact for

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex programs in matrix environments.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence.
• Ownership mindset with closure discipline and escalation when needed.
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Experience and passion for GenAI and agentic solutions; curious.
• Experience using GenAI tools to improve efficiency; PowerPoint/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships across the organization; translate pain points into requirements.
• Drive solution lifecycle: define scope, roadmaps, risks and issues.
• Manage competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
• Partner with technical teams to move solutions from PoC to implementation.
• Support governance and reporting of the AI portfolio.
• Coordinate across teams to identify integration opportunities and avoid duplication.
• Support GenAI adoption and measure adoption and outcomes.
