Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager to transform our branch network through data-driven AI-powered solutions. You will turn insights into action, collaborating with sales teams to drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled initiatives, partnering with data owners, scientists, and business leaders from ideation to deployment. Excellent communication to executive audiences is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product, technology, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design strategy and deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions that drive measurable business value for sales teams.
• Improve sales outcomes by optimizing the sales funnel through analytics, monitoring, and insight generation.
• Build data- and AI-enabled coaching and enablement capabilities to help managers develop teams.
• Deliver personalized insights and meeting preparation experiences to help sales teams better understand and serve clients.
• Partner with data owners, data scientists, product, engineering, and business leaders from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Translate business priorities into scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Accelerate data strategy, governance, quality, and measurement practices that support AI at scale.
• Identify and manage risks across multiple workstreams.
