Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Solutions Enablement & Client Enablement Lead within the CIB AI Enablement team. This VP role drives AI tooling rollout, engages product owners, and partners with CFOs to track business outcomes.

You will empower client-facing teams with JPM’s AI strategy and provide 1:1 advisory, roundtables, and panels for key CIB clients. Ideal candidates have strong AI/ML background, strategic leadership experience in top firms or finance, and exceptional communication

Qualifications

• Proven AI/ML and GenAI understanding with strong business acumen.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI enablement strategies.
• Advanced analytical and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the CIB AI product rollout strategy by persona.
• Assess AI products and influence roadmap to meet business needs.
• Provide synthesized views for senior management on AI scenarios.
• Define and track AI adoption success including ROI.
• Enable client-facing teams with AI knowledge and materials.
• Offer thought leadership on AI adoption for key CIB clients.
