Job summary

Chase is seeking an Operations Control Manager to lead a team overseeing controls for an Operations product organization and provide strategic guidance for responsible AI adoption across Consumer and Community Banking Operations.

You will manage compliance and operational risks, collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, and drive innovative governance improvements while developing talent within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in control management within financial services.
• Proven experience leading control oversight for a product, business, or function in a large, complex organization.
• People leadership: setting direction, developing talent, collaboration, accountability.
• Strategic thinking and sound judgment to navigate ambiguity and craft practical solutions.
• Project management and execution of strategic initiatives and delivery.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate complex matters to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization and strategic guidance supporting responsible AI adoption across Consumer and Community Banking Operations.
• Provide strategic leadership in identifying, assessing, and managing compliance and operational risks.
• Partner with Operations Product and other stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and support business objectives.
• Promote consistent interpretation and application of policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Anticipate emerging risks and implementation challenges; drive governance and control enhancements.
• Guide development of effective, sustainable controls and timely resolution of gaps.
• Provide senior management with actionable insights on risks, controls, issues, and emerging areas of focus.
• Utilize project management to lead strategic initiatives, manage delivery, and influence control-management evolution.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and growth.
