Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in financial services, investment research, fintech, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and research workflows.
• Proven team leadership, product/project management, and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate research needs into scalable AI solutions with analysts and tech teams.
• Lead and develop the AI Enablement team (Prompts and Annotators) and governance practices.
• Define AI enablement roadmap, use cases, and deployment, adoption, and measurement plans.
• Ensure compliance, risk, and information security across AI initiatives.
