A leading AI-native drug discovery company is seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead partnerships and revenue growth in the U.S. and Europe. The successful candidate will own business development strategies, manage partnerships, and communicate the scientific value of AI-enabled drug discovery programs. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in biotech or CRO development, strong communication skills, and a solid network within the pharma industry. This is a full-time, executive level position with a competitive salary.

Competenze

• 8+ years in business development at biotech or top-tier CROs, with a small-molecule focus.
• Proven track record leading license-out deals, platform collaborations, or asset partnerships.
• Experience in induced-proximity drug discovery or molecular glues is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own business development strategy across platform collaborations and pipeline out-licensing.
• Lead end-to-end deal processes, including sourcing, partner engagement, diligence, and negotiation.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and platform-access deals.
