Thoughtworks is seeking a Vice President - Technology Advisory Partner to lead an AI-native technology advisory capability. You will shape critical decisions at the intersection of strategy, technology, and AI, guiding enterprise leaders toward measurable business outcomes.

You will lead small, senior teams and deliver AI-enabled delivery to drive growth, cost efficiency, and risk management for clients, while establishing Thoughtworks as a differentiated advisory partner.

Competenze

• 15+ years in technology, consulting, or product leadership.
• Senior consultant background (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Accenture) with delivery credibility, or CTO/Head of Engineering/Product Leader.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end impact for client engagements (not just recommendations)
• Define and align on measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, risk mitigation)
• Ensure the “last mile” is delivered—closing the gap between strategy and execution
• Serve as a primary advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders
• Frame problems in terms of decisions, tradeoffs, and economic value
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive alignment and action
