Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking an Agentic AI Principal to act as senior technical authority and trusted client advisor for agentic AI transformation across Germany, the Netherlands and the DACH region. You will shape strategy, define blueprints, lead C-suite engagements, and guide programmes from opportunity through delivery, building production-grade, governance-conscious systems.

This client-facing leadership role starts with a small senior team and grows through technical depth, delivery excellence

Qualifications

Deep expertise in GenAI and agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale deployments.
Experience shaping, solutioning and delivering complex AI engagements with executive buyers.
Strong consulting and commercial judgement, with track record of large-scale deals.

Responsibilities

Shaping and winning agentic AI strategies and propositions for German, Dutch and DACH pursuits.
Drive complex pursuits with technical and executive stakeholders, including budget and risk considerations.
Act as sparring partner to C-suite buyers and define value-focused delivery slices.
Lead AI maturity assessments and connect architecture choices to business ROI.
Represent Thoughtworks' agentic AI capability in client conversations and industry forums.
