Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, internal consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar roles with demonstrated impact.
• Experience leading complex engagements with senior stakeholders and synthesis.
• Advanced structured problem-solving and data-driven diagnosis.
• Executive-level communication and concise storytelling.
• Experience using GenAI/LLM tools to enhance consulting delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of complex transformation engagements from diagnostic through design, recommendation, pilot, roadmap, and implementation support.
• Structure ambiguous executive problems into a clear engagement architecture, workstreams, hypotheses, and milestones.
• Direct multiple workstreams; ensure synthesis and high quality across the team.
• Manage senior stakeholders and sponsors; align perspectives and drive decisions.
• Own the engagement narrative and deliver executive-ready communications.
