Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Associate II to lead one or more advisory workstreams within complex engagements. You translate business questions into hypotheses, plan analyses, manage milestones, and deliver high-quality recommendations.

You will coach junior colleagues, collaborate with senior leaders, and explore GenAI, automation, and analytics to drive process transformation and improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver a meaningful workstream.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Experience in management/internal consulting or strategy transformation.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead one or more engagement workstreams from planning through execution.
• Determine analyses and evidence required; synthesize findings into insights and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholders and conduct senior stakeholder interviews to drive decisions.
• Own the workstream storyline and develop executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate to develop frameworks and generate insights for process optimization.
• Analyze and visualize key business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design workshops to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
• Identify opportunities where GenAI and automation improve processes; partner with Product/Data/Tech.
• Use GenAI/LLM tools across the consulting lifecycle with responsible usage.
• Coach junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
