Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a leader to run the product management organization end to end, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will own the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar.

You will sit at the technology leadership table as the PM peer to Engineering and Product Design. The CPO sets the product vision; you will build and run the portfolio to turn direction into shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and leaders.
• Experience leading PM organizations at VP/SVP level or equivalent in multi-product B2B.
• Proven capability to translate strategy into a reliable operating system and roadmap commitments.
• Strong commercial fluency with pricing, packaging, and GTM impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product leadership across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Build and run the product management organization with clear ownership for every surface.
• Own the product operating system: cadence, reviews, launches, and NPIs.
• Drive roadmap delivery across pillars and ensure delivery against commitments.
• Stay close to customers and the field to translate insights into the roadmap.
• Apply AI to increase product and engineering leverage while maintaining judgment.
