LaunchDarkly is seeking a senior product leader to own the Experimentation pillar in an AI-enabled world. You will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and PMs, shaping product strategy for AI-native experimentation and warehouse-native analysis.

You will drive a multi-quarter roadmap, align with executives, and help scale a category-defining platform. You will engage with senior data scientists and PMs, defining non-negotiable capabilities and delivering value through

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with track record in data-intense product lines.
• Deep fluency in experimentation methodology and production data warehouses.
• Ability to recruit and influence data science leaders and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own the Experimentation pillar with a triad partnership across Engineering and Design.
• Productize AI-native primitives and enable closed-loop experimentation from offline to production.
• Define and ship depth, coverage, and workflow features to win high-maturity buyers.
• Expand warehouse-native analysis capabilities across major data warehouses.
• Drive disciplined roadmaps, quarterly commitments, and internal productivity gains.
• Represent the category externally to help sales win head-to-head deals.
