Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end data products pipeline—from SDK data ingest to our analytics, observability, and experimentation interfaces. You will shape the vision and strategy across ingestion, platform, and customer-facing products, emphasizing data trust, timeliness, and meaningful customer outcomes.

You will lead AI-powered analysis initiatives, model data workflows, and partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define GTM.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience with data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools.
• Alternative: 8+ years of engineering in data-intensive systems with a product mindset and transition interest.
• We consider candidates with fewer years if they demonstrate exceptional potential or hands-on AI-powered data analysis experience.
• Proven track record of bringing data products to market and driving strategy across teams or platform areas.
• Understanding of modern data architectures: event pipelines, warehousing/lakehouse, data modeling, and scale trade-offs.
• Experience bridging platform products and end-user data products and aligning them.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end data products spanning ingestion, data platform, and customer-facing data products.
• Own AI-powered analysis strategy and agent experience for data products, including how insights, anomalies, and recommendations are surfaced.
• Own product strategy, platform definition, and GTM for data products.
• Treat the data pipeline as a single product ensuring coherent ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead.
• Be the voice of the customer to address needs across decisions.
• Partner to define Go-To-Market plans for data products and features.
• Mentor and uplift other product managers and raise data-informed practices.
