Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles in enterprise-scale products.
• Strong command of the product development life cycle in regulated or data-intensive environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data science, and business functions.
• Applied familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products (deep technical expertise not required).
• Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, evaluate business impact, and make data-informed tradeoffs.
• Understanding of operating in managed-risk or regulated environments with legal/compliance partnership.
• Strong executive communication and coaching skills to guide teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Sets product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to drive differentiation and impact.
• Partners with leadership to identify, prioritize, and fund high-value opportunities aligned to customer needs and firm strategy.
• Owns end-to-end product accountability across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Leads discovery and insight generation through research, journey mapping, experimentation, and market analysis to build an AI-enabled roadmap.
• Establishes and monitors product success metrics and uses insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
• Drives execution excellence with engineering, data science, and design teams; ensures clarity in problem definition.
• Champions responsible AI practices, governance, risk management, and transparency as capabilities mature.
• Develops and mentors product managers, setting high standards for thinking, analytics, and stakeholder communication.
• Serves as a senior, executive-facing product leader, communicating strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly.
