Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Payments Sales Success Office to translate sales priorities into AI, data, and product initiatives. You will work with front-line sales, AI and data teams, and product organizations to embed emerging capabilities into the sales lifecycle, improving client throughput and accelerating solutioning.

The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, and technology to advance AI adoption across GCB Payments Sales, translating business needs

Qualifications

4+ years experience within Payments, Treasury Services, or Financial Services Sales.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly GenAI applications.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements or insights.

Responsibilities

Support translation of sales priorities into AI strategies, product requirements, and technology initiatives.
Contribute to voice of sales by capturing client and field insights.
Assist in prioritization and adoption of GenAI sales tools to enhance productivity.
Partner with Data, Product, and Platform teams to support AI-enabled solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline the sales lifecycle and improve efficiency.
Support execution of a portfolio of AI use cases across Payments Sales.
Monitor emerging AI trends to inform use cases.
