Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years in software architecture, engineering, and leadership.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS/platform products.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Strong AI/ML and GenAI experience at scale.
• Proficiency with React, Java, JavaScript, and NoSQL.
• Account-based B2B marketing and enterprise experimentation is a plus.
• Data-driven leader who builds high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve technical strategy across data, audience, experimentation, personalization, and content platforms.
• Lead multiple teams and senior leaders across a global domain.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver outcomes.
• Drive open, reusable platform architecture across data and engineering standards.
• Ensure platforms are secure, available, scalable, and resilient.
• Coach and develop senior technology leaders.
• Make quick, well-informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
