Job summary

Intuit is seeking an AI-native VP of Design to lead across ICs and the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP). You will architect a coherent platform design system that unifies platform capabilities with embedded service experiences across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will guide a large design organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end customer journeys and scale innovation with AI+HI at the core.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing and scaling end-to-end platform experiences anchored by design systems.
• Lead service design across the ecosystem, aligning AI and HI experiences.
• Influence across levels of the organization with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and conversational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Platform Product Design: lead core capabilities used across Intuit ecosystem.
• Service Design Enablement: orchestrate end-to-end journeys connecting consumers, small businesses, and experts.
• Vision & Strategy: champion a bold long-term design vision for customer experiences.
• Design at Scale: build component libraries and design systems powering innovations.
• ICS Expert Studio Oversight: oversee the Expert Studio supporting adoption and growth.
• Influence & Partner: partner with stakeholders to drive design-driven innovation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: work with Product, Engineering, and ICs to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Inspire and Coach: grow a high-performance design culture.
