Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Vice President of Product Development, Marketing Technologies, to unify and lead a global platform organization that powers how we acquire, engage, personalize, and retain customers across our product portfolio.

You will steer data platforms, audience management, experimentation, personalization, and customer communications, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-native solutions in a fast-moving, highly visible leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software with senior architecture, engineering and leadership.
• Proven SaaS/platform scaling to millions of users.
• Experience leading large, globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Deep knowledge of marketing-technology domains: data platforms, audience/lead management, monetization, experimentation, personalization, content management, and customer communications.
• Strong AI/ML and GenAI fluency, including experience scaling AI-native systems.
• Enterprise ABM and experimentation platform experience is a plus.
• Build-vs-buy perspective with strong architectural judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technical strategy across data, audience, experimentation, and content platforms.
• Lead multiple teams and senior leaders across a global domain.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Drive open, reusable platform architecture and company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure platforms are secure, available, scalable, and resilient.
• Coach and develop senior technology leaders; attract top engineering talent.
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with quick, well-informed decisions.
