Job summary

Marketbridge seeks a VP of Product Management to lead an AI-powered operating system for B2B marketers. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to translate insights into shipped products at pace.

You will own the product direction across data, skills, and agent layers, collaborate with analytics, engineering, and client teams, and drive rapid experimentation with a focus on responsible AI and scale.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years or more of experience across product management, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, and other AI tools and platforms.
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives tied to predictive marketing, business intelligence, customer analytics, or enterprise marketing transformation.
• Leadership experience at an agency, consultancy, or service-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product direction for the company-wide operating system across data, analytics, skills, and context layers.
• Own the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the platform central to the business.
• Lead collaboration across strategy, analytics, engineering, and client services to scale the product.
