Job summary

Wolfe, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based FinTech, seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the annual plan, forecasting, and unit-economics analytics across its ecommerce brands. You will build AI-driven FP&A systems and partner with Division leaders on pricing, staffing, and capital decisions.

The role is highly visible, hands-on, and requires 10+ years in senior FP&A, with a track record of leading teams and delivering executive-ready insights. Onsite five days in Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Strong command of enterprise-level P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
• Proven experience leading FP&A workstreams within AI-native financial system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business plan, five-year strategic plan, and capital allocation plan.
• Build monthly/quarterly management reporting, Board materials, and business-unit reviews.
• Operate daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for CEO and CFO approvals.
• Run financial modeling and data analytics to support pricing, promotions, and capex decisions.
• Lead FP&A workstream on AI-native financial system initiative and real-time P&Ls.
