Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to build the financial engine behind its next growth phase. You will design the multi-year model, lead the annual operating plan, and drive forecasting and strategic analyses for major investments, including international expansion.

You will also hire and scale a high-performance FP&A team in an AI-native way. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in finance, executive communication skills, and fluency in sophisticated revenue models,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including strategic finance or FP&A leadership at a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional financial modeling capability with data fluency.
• Experience delivering company-wide annual planning cycles and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and develop quantitative talent; building a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Peregrine’s multi-year financial model and driver-based roadmap.
• Design and lead the annual operating plan with department heads and headcount plans.
• Own monthly budget vs. actuals cadence and variance analysis.
• Develop forecasting for multi-segment GTM, including public sector and commercial.
• Prepare financial narratives for CFO, Board, and investors; support financings and IPO readiness.
• Hire and develop the FP&A team with an AI-native approach to automation.
