The role will lead a multidisciplinary organization spanning software architecture, developer platforms, technical training, community engagement, engineering transformation, and process coaching, while collaborating with Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in leading enterprise software or transformations.
• 15+ years leading enterprise software, engineering, or digital transformation in healthcare/regulated industries.
• Governance models, platform operating models, and executive decision-making experience.
• Deep understanding of regulated software development, Agile, DevSecOps, and quality systems.
• Ability to influence senior executives across Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead CodeFlow and the Software Building Experience to scale platforms, standards, and investment priorities.
• Architect enterprise operating model for software engineering governance, controls, and compliance.
• Shape AI-enabled development strategy and responsible AI adoption across teams and products.
• Drive partnerships with IT, AWS, and external partners to influence roadmaps and standards.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary org focused on architecture, training, coaching, and practices.
